We loved the stunning structures and modern design of the hotel. Our suite was jaw-dropping, with a spacious living area, a cozy mattress for relaxation, and a luxurious bathroom. The hotel's location in the middle of a lush jungle and along the beautiful beach was a dream come true. The staff was extremely friendly and surprised us with a birthday celebration for my partner, including a bottle of champagne and balloons. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the two excellent restaurants offered delicious and diverse menus. The complimentary breakfast was divine, with a wide selection of freshly made dishes.

Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Samantha at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and even upgraded our room for our anniversary. The Aire Suite we stayed in was incredible, with a rooftop view of the jungle and its own pool. The breakfast was out of this world, with a menu that included delicious smoothies, juices, and savory options. The hotel also provided bikes for us to explore the town and arranged taxis and tours. Everything was perfect, including the location, which was in the jungle and right on the beach.

The hotel is right at the beach, allowing us to relax on a lounge chair and enjoy the stunning view. The wood fire right in the beach front provided a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive.

The design of the property and rooms is stunning. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel special. The food was delicious, especially the desserts at Ocumare. They even surprised us with rose petals and champagne for my boyfriend's birthday. I can't wait to stay here again!

The staff made our anniversary even more special by arranging champagne and dessert in our room, along with rose petals on the bed. Every staff member was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast at the hotel was out of this world, with an extensive menu and delicious smoothies and juices. The property itself was beautiful, with a walk through the jungle to get to the beach, complete with torches and burning copal at night. The hotel also provided bikes for us to explore the town and arrange taxis and tours. Samantha even helped us plan a personalized day trip to cenotes and the Tulum ruins. We have never had a more romantic and peaceful stay anywhere.
