We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with impeccably clean rooms and facilities. The hotel facilities themselves were in excellent condition and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and just a short walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre for skiing, rentals, and shuttle services. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved the spacious and modern design of the room and bathroom. The breakfast spread and quality were awesome with a variety of Japanese and Western selections. The hotel staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski trails, chair lift, and main street with restaurants.
