I had a fantastic stay here! The staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for an early check-in and even upgraded my room. The room itself was well-designed with a comfortable seating area and a view of the pool. The hotel's location in the center of the city was perfect for walking to restaurants and it was also conveniently located near everything I had to do in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool, just like in the pictures, was perfect and I enjoyed sipping on well-priced drinks while relaxing. The staff were excellent in every way and the room amenities were lovely. I especially appreciated the hotel's efforts towards being earth-friendly. The location, although not within walking distance of the lakeside area, was not a problem as there was a fee shuttle bus which conveniently stopped right outside the hotel entrance. This made it easy to explore the city without needing a car.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance.
From the moment I checked in at the front desk, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They were always friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location adjacent to a mall was a convenient bonus, especially for any last-minute shopping needs.
