I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate vanity and beverage area, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, gladly answering questions and giving directions. The breakfast options were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the good TV channel selections. The hotel also had plenty of parking and was easily accessible from the highway.

They even delivered toothbrushes and toothpaste to our room when we couldn't find them, showing exceptional customer service. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel's convenient transportation to and from the airport was a big plus, allowing us to easily travel without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel's location near the Grapevine Historic District, Gaylords, Great Wolf Lodge, and downtown Grapevine made exploring the area a breeze.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bathroom was very clean, which was important to me as I have small children. The pool, although small, was perfect for my 3 and 5-year-old. The location was great and I felt safe. There were amazing restaurants close by, and I even walked to McDonald's and a sushi place. This hotel was conveniently located only a few miles from Lego Land and a 25-minute drive into Dallas. The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the king room and bed were comfortable. I really appreciated the free shuttle service from the airport and to and from Grapevine Mills Mall.
