I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurants served delicious food and drinks, and the breakfast options were amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the location, although not right in the city center or on the beach, was still convenient with easy access to both areas.

The hotel had impeccable cleanliness and the rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing, especially Frida who provided great recommendations and was quick to help with any enquiries. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the two pools and the rooftop infinity pool. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a recommended beach nearby.

The hotel's location between Tulum Town and Tulum beach/nightlife is ideal for exploring both areas. The spacious rooms feel like your own little condo, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff, including Betty the customer service manager and the restaurant staff, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers many guest accommodations, including the option to store luggage and use showers if you have a late flight.
