We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Anthony Gonzalez, provided exceptional customer service that exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was just off the Highway from Miami down to the Keys, making it convenient for anyone in the area. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking available and we felt safe leaving our boat there while we went out exploring the Keys. this hotel provided great value and easy access to Miami, the Everglades, and the Keys.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect for exploring theKeys, Miami, and the Everglades, with easy access in rush hours.
Nothing not too like.
The hotel was very clean and the staff, especially Kathryn, was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and bright, while our friends enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely view. The hotel had a Starbucks in the lobby and the food was good at reasonable prices. It was located in a convenient area, close to shopping and restaurants.
No refund for overcharged incidental fees.
The staff went above and beyond with their customer service. The location was great for exploring South Florida, with easy access to the Everglades and Key West. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor pool and covered resting area, were fantastic. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch.
