I had an incredible stay here! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were surprisingly large. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything looking immaculate. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the bars and restaurant. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and close to all the action.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including restaurants, bars, and transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast was amazing, and I enjoyed a delicious smoked haddock dish.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, providing soy milk and vegan chocolate in the room. They even surprised me with a generous plate of fresh fruit. The room itself was stylish and well laid out. The bar, Jacks, served top-notch drinks and provided excellent service. I was also impressed with the early check-in option and the value for money.
