The hotel staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was amazing and the location was conveniently close to the city center. In addition, the breakfast was delightful and the hotel had plenty of parking.

I absolutely loved the spa and the beautiful surroundings of this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early and our room was already ready for us. The staff were fantastic, answering all of our questions and even leaving a happy birthday note and complimentary drinks for my partner. The location of the hotel is also great, as it's only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

From the moment we arrived till the time we departed, the staff at this hotel were professional, pleasant, and accommodating. They truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel setting is beautiful and just far enough from the town centre for taxi rides. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The transportation options were convenient, especially the easy access to public transport from reception. The location was ideal, not far from the city centre and surrounded by great restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide choice and special care given to those needing gluten-free items. All the staff were gracious and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, with easy access to surrounding areas like Liverpool and North Wales. The hotel's setting was picturesque, with beautiful grounds to explore. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the hospitality staff who made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay.
