We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh-feeling sheets and fluffy white pillows that made for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a 24-hour store where we could conveniently purchase essentials. The friendly and helpful staff contributed to the overall positive experience, ensuring we felt welcome and taken care of. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to most attractions and provided easy access to transportation options. We especially enjoyed the food and atmosphere at The Patio, where we indulged in delicious meals prepared by Chef Jurgens. Breakfast was also a standout, offering a variety of options to start our day off right.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and considerate, especially during a difficult situation. They went above and beyond to assist my wife while I was in the hospital. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable and spacious room, a great restaurant with live music, and a dedicated tourist desk that helped us arrange enjoyable tours. The cleanliness and safety of this hotel were also impressive, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly atmosphere and great location. We were able to easily walk to the Bridgestone arena and downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. The hotel facilities had everything we needed, including a good restaurant and even a Starbucks. The staff, including Tony, Frank, Tim, Ervin. We loved being within walking distance of all the nightlife, Honky Tonk Row, music venues, museums, and Printers Alley.
