We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well-maintained everything was. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the fantastic Ruth's Chris steakhouse right on-site. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as it was conveniently located right off the interstate, making it easy for us to explore this exciting city. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to everything we wanted to visit or go to, allowing us to make the most of our time here.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a pregnant woman like me. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was great, right on the Riverwalk and close to the balcony of a room next door, which provided a beautiful view. We also appreciated the convenience of the water taxi, which took us across the river to the shopping and restaurant district.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially John P, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel like I was staying at a high-end hotel and the value for the price was unbeatable. I loved the room service breakfast, it was outstanding. The location was perfect, right by the river walk, with easy access to transportation and close to all the places I wanted to visit. The view from my 10th-floor room was stunning, especially with the balcony. Plus, having Ruth's Chris Steak House in the hotel was perfect!
