We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, checking us in even though we arrived early. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. The hotel facilities were above expectation, with a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool that offered a fantastic view of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to the heritage trail and Jonker Walk area. The hotel was also situated on top of a dead mall, so it was convenient for shopping. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were all superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a 1st class hospitality treatment. The express checkout system made the whole process hassle-free. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the main attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful for a good rest. The F&B was delicious, especially the buffet breakfast. The staffs were friendly and helpful, from the receptionists who gave us recommendations on local eateries, to the in-dining staff who provided excellent service. Special mention goes to Ansari and a staff member from Makan Manis for ensuring our comfort.

We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the variety of breakfast options. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance throughout our stay. The location was convenient, as it was near the city center and easily accessible to the landmarks of this city.
