I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions clearly and understandably. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the bed and bathroom were great. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to downtown, the Bayside shopping area, and Bayfront Park. It was also conveniently connected to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel's facilities were modern and well-maintained, and there was even a fitness center nearby.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly nice and the beds & pillows were super comfy. The location was phenomenal! We were just a 10-minute walk from Bayside and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and businesses nearby. Plus, we were able to easily attend a concert at FTX Arena. The hotel facilities were great and the room was very clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room size was great, spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a huge TV and a fantastic walk-in shower. The location was convenient, as it was in downtown and well-connected with public transportation. It was also not far from Bayside, making it easy to explore different districts and visit the Perez Museum. The staff were friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions clearly and understandably.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic rooftop bar that provided the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a drink. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I want to give a special shoutout to a staff member from Haiti who was exceptionally helpful and multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French, and Creole like myself. The location of the hotel was ideal, with everything I needed within walking distance. From the Bayside Marketplace and various restaurants to the convenient access to transportation, this city has it all.
