Property was relaxing, with highly courteous staff and absolutely perfect location right on the Parkway. We had a brand-new room with very clean bed, what else do you need for a real good stay.
The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect not far from Pigeon Forge and great restaurants. Very welcoming staffs, non-smoking units.
Stunningly beautiful, fairly clean hotel with a well-maintained pool.
