I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this hotel! The facilities were top-notch and the parking was convenient. The hotel's location was superb, with employees always holding our doors for us. Phillip, in particular, was incredibly helpful in recommending places to go and giving us insights about the area. Thanks to the hotel's central location, we were able to easily walk to the American Airlines Center and explore the nearby museums.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was unexpectedly large with elegant appointments and a lovely bathroom. The staff were first rate - friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short walk into downtown, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary Shirley temples and the delicious food at the restaurants and bars.

The breakfast options were delicious and the staff, including Amber, Elizabeth, Wes, and Katlyn. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was superb, within walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and beautiful pool area. The staff was outstanding, providing friendly and accommodating service. The Concierge desk was extremely helpful, assisting me with all my needs throughout my stay.
