I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Cancun. The location was perfect as it was right in the local mall, Plaza Las Americas, which was very cool. I loved having everything I needed at my fingertips, including restaurants, a movie theater, and more. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a nice pool and spa tub, a well-equipped gym, and comfortable rooms with coffee facilities. The location was also great because it was in the downtown area, away from the crowded hotel zone. The staff here was exceptional, always going above and beyond with any requests I had. They even helped with my luggage while I did some last-minute shopping. a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located right in the center of this vibrant city, in the local mall. It was so convenient to have quick access to the shopping mall, and it made it easy for me to explore the area and find other restaurants that were open late. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with daily cleans performed by the housekeeping staff. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a great shower with the perfect water temperature, and a quiet and effective air conditioning system. The location was also ideal, as it was close to transportation options like car rentals and the airport, allowing me to easily go on day trips and explore the beautiful surroundings.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, as it is situated right in the center of Cancun next to a bustling mall, Plaza Las Americas. This makes it easy to access a wide range of shopping areas within the mall, as well as being close to everything else in the city.
The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The housekeeping staff performs daily cleans, sometimes even twice a day, ensuring that the rooms are always fresh and spotless.
The hotel facilities are top-notch. The spacious junior suite room was impressive, with a fluffy and lush bed and a large TV with a wide selection of channels.
The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, taking great care of me during my stay. The room service was quick and efficient, making my experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located in a mall, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Being in the center of Cancun allows for close proximity to various attractions and party areas. The rooftop garden provides a beautiful view and a warm hot tub. The staff is professional, helpful, and some even speak English.
