I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and special. When I mentioned it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a birthday cake in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room on the 44th floor had breathtaking views and all the necessary amenities. The location in the historic Reliance Building in the Loop was perfect, right on the Magnificent Mile, close to shopping and restaurants on Michigan Ave. The hotel also had up-to-date technology and even provided complimentary chocolates. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable.
