We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The parking was good, and even on a busy night, we had no trouble finding a spot. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown sights and casinos, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about nearby restaurants and even walking us to a noodle shop. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all top-notch.

I had a great stay right in the center of downtown Reno. The location was perfect for exploring the city and it was convenient to walk to other nearby hotels such as the Silver Legacy or Eldorado in the future. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the facilities were impressive. The front desk staff provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to solve any problems or answer any questions I had. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the staff at the restaurant, especially at Hash House a go go, were excellent.
Everything was spot on.
The view from our room on the 16th floor was lovely. The room was clean and well-maintained. The Cravings Buffet had exceptional food, especially the omelette and crepes. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to parking and gaming.
