We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with a lobby and a restaurant on the 2nd floor. We especially loved having a Starbucks in the hotel, making it convenient to get our daily dose of caffeine without leaving the hotel. The front desk staff at check-in and check-out were excellent, as well as the night staff. Furthermore, the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday, adding a nice touch to our stay.

I have been visiting this hotel for business in the area for a few years now, and the location is good. I appreciate that they provide me with free breakfast after I joined their loyalty program. The staff, especially Wanda & Bert at the front desk, recognizes me and always goes the extra mile to upgrade my room whenever possible. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, the parking is convenient, which is a big plus in this city.
