We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were incredibly helpful, nice, and always had a smile on their faces. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the Galleria and the shuttle service was a big help for us. The price we paid was very reasonable and the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious. Furthermore, the included breakfast provided a great start to our day. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for both work and leisure. we were impressed with the cleanliness, customer comfort, safety, and satisfaction provided by this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the stores and within walking distance of the Galleria mall. The hotel itself was stunning, both inside and out. The view from my room overlooking the Galleria's Christmas lights was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and there was easy access to the Galleria and businesses on Post Oak Blvd. The staff, especially the front desk manager Brianna, provided excellent customer service and made my stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel's location was amazing as I could easily walk to the nearby shopping center. The hotel offered plenty of free parking nearby, which was a great convenience. Additionally, they were very accommodating and allowed me a late check-out until 2:00 PM. The on-premise fitness center was also a plus, keeping me active during my stay.
