I stayed on the 5th floor, and the room was huge with a fantastic view of the pool and beach from the balcony. I loved the salon-sized hair dryer and the fluffy and comfy slippers provided. The hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from great restaurants with a bowling alley and a huge arcade nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good, with great made-to-order omelettes. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent.

The location is away from the winter event, providing a peaceful and beautiful beach experience. I can't praise the spa enough! Walking in stressed and exhausted, I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The staff, particularly Naidelin and Mabel, treated me like royalty, providing stellar customer service down to every detail. The renovations are also fantastic, with a beautiful new lobby, pool area, and restaurant. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the gym is a perfect size and very functional. I loved the firepit areas for relaxing and socializing. Additionally, all the rooms facing the gulf added a lovely touch to the whole experience.
