The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant smell in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy. The location was very convenient to the airport, and the hotel offered a frequent shuttle service. The pool, although it could have been cleaner, was still enjoyable.

Phone in the room didn't work, requiring us to go to the front desk for any communication needs.
We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to everything we needed. The cleanliness of the facilities was excellent and we were impressed with the hotel's amenities. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great convenience. The bar had surprisingly good food at a reasonable price, and the staff, including the receptionist and waitress, were lovely and made us feel welcome.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the New Orleans International Airport. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet and we never heard any noise from the planes overhead. The staff at check-in were friendly and greeted us by name, even when we arrived late at midnight. The hotel facilities, including the ballroom and meeting rooms, were impressive. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant, especially the Cajun burger and grilled chicken sandwiches.
