The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. From helping me switch rooms to arranging multiple taxis, their level of service was exceptional. The location of the hotel was also incredibly convenient, with an indoor overpass connecting to the convention center just a few blocks away. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and it had all the amenities I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, and there was a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby.
