Clean rooms and recently remodeled bathrooms. Air hockey for children. Close to the beach and other attractions. Well-equipped kitchenette. Fire pits and hot pool. Helpful and friendly staff.

I loved my view of Lake Tahoe from the room balcony. The room was huge and very clean. The kitchenette was small but well-stocked. The hotel staff was friendly and the location was terrific, centrally located to restaurants and close to Heavenly Village. Extra blanket was provided in the room, which was great since I sleep cold.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated close to restaurants, a Whole Foods, and a small beach with rentals available for water activities like jet skis, boats, and kayaks. The hotel property was clean and right on the beautiful Lake Tahoe. It was also within walking distance to cafe/restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, ensuring that we were all in adjacent rooms and even upgrading one of our rooms to a spacious one bedroom suite. The rooms were well stocked and made our stay with three toddlers extremely comfortable. Additionally, the pool was amazing, with the unique feature of being able to swim from the indoor to the outdoor pool area. We also appreciated the convenience of each floor having its own laundry area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and had a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the extra pillows. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an indoor pool and spa that were perfect for relaxing. The location was also great, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions like Emerald Bay, Pope Beach, and Eagle Lake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive to my needs. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.
