With its convenient proximity to popular attractions, we could easily walk around and explore everything this city has to offer.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided us with early check-in and great advice about the area. The hotel facilities were great, including a gathering area in the lobby where we could enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, or hot chocolate while working on our laptops. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to popular attractions such as the public garden and Newbury Street shopping. The hotel itself was upscale and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. We loved the cappuccino in the lobby and the overall vibe of the hotel. The valet service was also top-notch and the valets were always cheerful and helpful.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the Back Bay station of the orange line.
It made it super easy for me to explore the city and visit all the places I wanted to see. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I loved the complimentary tea/coffee available in the lobby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. And let me tell you, the beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! So comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. Plus, I could control the room temperature to my liking, which was a bonus during the cold weather.

The hotel facilities were excellent, including heated towel racks and a large flat-screen TV. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to the train station, subways, and the airport. It was also conveniently located near Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, and many popular sights and landmarks. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast or drink to compensate for any inconveniences, such as a temporary water heater outage.
