I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Nancy, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with reservations and recommendations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the beautiful Puerto Escondido. The breakfast served was delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was stunning, thanks to the genius of the architect Alberto Kalach. Couldn't find any faults at all.
