I had the most incredible experience in the hotel. The staff, from the welcoming concierge to the departing bell staff, took exceptional care of me while I was feeling sick. They were incredibly caring and attentive, going above and beyond to help me with my transportation. I've never been treated so well before, they were simply the best. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the freeway. Despite being full, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus. The rooms were a decent size, with a comfortable bed and excellent pillows.

The hotel's bar was a great place to unwind and enjoy a beer after a busy day. I was also impressed by the unique elevator system where you select the floor before getting on. The lobby had a high-end appearance, creating a pleasant first impression. The location was perfect, with easy access to freeways. Additionally, the hotel offered plenty of parking and was very close to Angels Stadium, making it incredibly convenient.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and were extremely impressed. The hotel facilities were convenient and well-maintained. We loved the fact that they had parking available, making it easy for us to come and go. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland was a fantastic perk, allowing us to easily access the park without any hassle. Moreover, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a shopping outlet and movie theatre within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the night manager who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, providing a variety of delicious options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front desk made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The parking was plentiful and not an issue like at other hotels we have stayed. We also liked that there was even staff outside the entrance to help direct us in our needs right away. The hotel had a large, clean lobby, and the room was spacious with a good view of the city. The bed and room were very comfortable, especially after a long day of travel. The AC worked well, and the TV was ultra high definition, which we enjoyed watching from the comfortable chair. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a nice pool area and additional amenities like basketball and tennis courts. The valet staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, providing quick and efficient service. The location was convenient, with a good Mexican restaurant and mall within walking distance. The bartender also provided great service and conversation. the customer service at this hotel was the best we have seen in a long time.
Nothing not to love.
We canceled another reservation at a competitive hotel due to their rude staff. com. The Double Tree had a fantastic location, being close to key parts of Anaheim such as the convention center and the outlets. The hotel provided plenty of parking, which was a huge convenience for us. The cleanliness of our room on the 20th floor was impeccable, and we enjoyed a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we had to change rooms due to a noisy neighboring "service dog.
