I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Zermatt. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even accommodated my special breakfast requests without any hesitation. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of room to relax. The bar and games room had a great vibe, offering a refreshing change from some of the more pretentious bars in town. The gym was impressive, one of the best I've seen in a European hotel. the hotel facilities were top-notch.
