We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super nice and very clean, with a great city view. The staff, especially Ron at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and areas to live in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with first-rate workout equipment and great views from the top floor. The bar downstairs served the best drinks we had all night. The location was perfect, close to several great restaurants and right next door to the Hornets' Nest for uptown activities. We were also pleasantly surprised that it was above all traffic noise.

The hotel also offered convenient parking options, making it easy for guests to bring their own vehicles or rent one. In terms of transportation, the hotel's location was ideal. It wasn't in the center of town, but it was still close enough to everything uptown has to offer. The hotel's breakfast selection was satisfying and helped me kickstart my day. Lastly, the staff was friendly and attentive, catering to our needs and ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious with large windows that offered a beautiful view of the city. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows and sheets. The kitchenette in the room, complete with plates, glasses, and flatware, was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the Spectrum event center and the small "uptown" area. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, ensuring that we started our day on the right foot. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to this city.

We had an easy check-in and check-out experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the nearby Spectrum Center. We didn't have to worry about parking as there were plenty of food options nearby and the bus station was conveniently located across the street. The Sprint Express bus was a bargain at $2.20 and provided easy transportation to and from the airport. The maintenance team was quick to assist with any issues, such as unclogging the shower drain. The view from our room's window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The hotel's location allowed us to easily access various attractions in the uptown area, such as the NASCAR Hall of Fame and Mint Museum. The valet parking staff were courteous and attentive, providing quick and effective service whenever we needed our cars for traveling outside of the uptown area. The internet was easily accessible and fast, and the TV, including ESPN, provided great entertainment. We even had a fun night watching a soccer match during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Lacy, was awesome. The breakfast options were great, and the omelet bar was crucial. The view from our room was fantastic, and the bed was extremely comfy. The hotel is right next door to the amphitheater, which was perfect as we were attending a concert there. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was a short walk to the Epic Center.
