We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond for us. They were sympathetic when our son got sick and provided a get well basket for him. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and magnificent food. The location is convenient, close to UCSD, the mall, shops, and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The free Wi-Fi was fast, and we enjoyed the city view from our room.
