I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with towels changed twice a day. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a TV that I enjoyed. The location in the downtown village cobblestone area was perfect, making it easy to explore this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, right near everything. The staff provided excellent customer service, always happy to help with whatever requests we had. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, a great TV, and complimentary bikes and car service. We loved the little touches like chocolates at bedtime and the towels being changed twice a day. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel was environmentally conscious, using proper dishes and cups for breakfast instead of plastic or paper.

From the moment we arrived, they were warm and welcoming, and provided us with helpful recommendations for restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spotless rooms that were tastefully decorated. Our room, though not advertised as large, was spacious and had a cozy feel to it. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near all the downtown attractions, including restaurants, shops, and the wharves. It was also just a short walk from the ferry, making transportation easy and convenient.

It was just a short 7-minute walk to the ferry, and there were plenty of cute shops and a great restaurant nearby. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the ferry, beaches, and excellent restaurants. Plus, it's conveniently located near the baker on Center Street and just up the street from the slow ferry. The staff here is top-notch. They are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. They even offer transportation, driving guests to the beach and providing towels and chairs. The continental breakfast is also great, and the afternoon tea service is a delightful touch.
