I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by how smoothly everything went. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to the Staples stadium and the LA Live area. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the best aspect of this hotel was the staff, who provided superb customer service.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff resolving any issues quickly and even offering an unexpected upgrade and hotel credits. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the option to stream my own music through the TV. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and the Staples Center. this hotel delivered on all fronts - cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The hotel also provided excellent room service and had a diverse menu, including delicious pizzas. the hotel offered great customer service, clean facilities, and a convenient location for exploring downtown.
