The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were exceptional. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and exercise facilities, were well-maintained and easily accessible. The staff, from the bellmen to the concierge and front desk agents, were hospitable, efficient, and responded quickly to any requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a Starbucks nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic.

We had a great stay in this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a pool on the 19th floor and a complimentary 30 minutes of bowling. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to the shopping center and within walking distance of the Zuma Bar/Restaurant. The staff, especially Edgar and Jhon, were amazingly helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were sleek, elegant, and extremely clean, making my stay as pleasant as it could possibly be. The staff was always very helpful and ready to assist with any requests I had. The illy espresso machines in the rooms with courtesy capsules every morning were a nice touch of class. Nothing beats a fresh espresso in the mornings. Additionally, the hotel provided incredibly fast Wi-Fi for guests, ensuring I was always connected no matter where I was in the hotel. The Concierge Lounge, which only certain rooms have access to, provided a more personal experience with exceptional views of the Bay. It was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or have a beer late in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfy, and the location was great right in the middle of this city. The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant area with lots of little restaurants, a drugstore, and a supermarket within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities offered were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the hotel staff were very helpful. We especially loved the hotel's proximity to the port of Miami and the bayside, making it easy to explore the waterfront.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect for attending Taylor Swift's jaw-dropping show at the Hard Rock Stadium, which is a very special venue. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Brickell Village, a great shopping mall, and it's easy to explore this city using the free metromover service.
