The beds were heavenly, like sinking into soft pillowy quicksand. The staff made me feel welcome and provided first-class service. The location was wonderfully quiet and convenient, with five-star restaurants nearby and a CVS next door. The food and drinks were super tasty, with the best Negroni and Calamari ever.

Cleanliness: Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Hotel facilities: The pool area and other hotel facilities were excellent. Location with lots of great eating and shopping nearby: This city offers a wide range of amazing restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a delightful selection of hot and tasty dishes. Staff: The staff members at this hotel were incredibly friendly and professional.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The bellman, Salvatore, provided exceptional service and deserves a promotion. The restaurant/bar staff, especially Wesley, were friendly and provided superb service. The front desk attendants were well-groomed and friendly. The housekeeper on the 16th floor was also very nice. The hotel's food and drinks were delicious, especially the Negroni and Calamari. The location was convenient, with five-star restaurants and a CVS nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
