We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Duval Street and Mallory Square. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Not one thing.
We stayed in a spacious three bedroom suite with a stunning view of the Gulf. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and a lush, lovely property. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle bus made it easy for us to explore downtown Key West.

The room was clean and nice, with a great location near a stairwell. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle into town was convenient and the pool area was clean and enjoyable. It was wonderful to have a garage for parking and there were plenty of water activities available at the resort.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I was impressed with the ease of parking and the convenient transportation options. The location was not within walking distance of the main attractions, but the courtesy bus provided by the hotel made it easy to explore this city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the front desk attendant to the breakfast servers. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole facility was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great pool area that had plenty of seating. The free shuttle service was a major plus, running every hour on the hour and picking up at two convenient downtown locations. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
