The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room design was tastefully done. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The staff, particularly Rebecca at the front desk, was incredible and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large and well-equipped room on the 11th floor. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything downtown and some great restaurants in the North Loop area. We also enjoyed being right on the river, which provided a beautiful view. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the parking staff deserves a special mention for being accommodating and friendly. the best aspects of our stay were the friendly staff, great facilities, convenient location, and cleanliness.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and fluffy. The room design was tastefully done with fun colors and patterns. Everything was very clean. The hotel had great facilities, including wine in the lobby, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the theatre district and some fantastic restaurants in the north loop area. It was also in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swanky modern decor mixed with art deco created a cool and unique atmosphere. The hotel has preserved a lot of the building's original charm. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, which was a great feature. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was close to everything downtown, including the CBIC theater where we were going to see Hamilton. I felt very safe in this city, which was important to me and my group. The staff was amazing and I loved being able to text them for anything I needed.
