We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful, providing excellent service and even giving us an early check-in. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to Millennium Park, restaurants, and the river walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The staff offered great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and how to get around. We also enjoyed the coffee bar and the lovely snacks and hot chocolate in the lobby. we had a memorable experience and will definitely be back to explore more of this city and stay at this hotel.
For us, it was ideal.
The staff at this hotel were excellent. From Jonathan the bellman/doorman to David on reception, everyone went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel special. They were incredibly helpful, recommending restaurants and sorting out train times. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to downtown and only a few blocks from the metro line to O'Hare airport. It was also conveniently close to all the must-see tourist spots, including the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, and Millennium Park. Additionally, the cleanliness, comfortable bed, and strong shower made for a great stay.

The location was perfect, right off the Chicago River and just a few blocks from Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with unique artwork in each room. The staff provided outstanding service, making us feel like very special guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful. They even let us check in early and gave us a fantastic room with a perfect view of the river. The hotel provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in this city. The room itself was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the cute window seats. The coffee bar in the lobby was a great convenience, and we really appreciated the umbrellas provided in our rooms during the rainy weather. The central location allowed for easy transportation and a scenic walk over the bridge to see the boats and explore Michigan Avenue. It was such a beautiful and sunny day, adding to our enjoyable experience.
