I had the best experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff, led by Philipp and his team, provided exceptional service. They were always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The hotel's location next to the lagoon offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the smart, well-maintained facilities added to the overall experience. the hotel's breakfast was top-notch and the staff members were attentive and friendly.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and they were large and spacious. The AC worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing all the amenities we needed. The location in Ikoyi, overlooking the lagoon, offered stunning views and a convenient setting in this vibrant part of the city.
The service at the restaurant was incredibly slow, causing frustration. Getting to the venue required taking a lift to the 4th floor, which was always busy, leading to delays.
We loved the clean and smart hotel with a pleasant outlook and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially Philipp and his team, were friendly, polite, and always looking out for customer satisfaction. The facilities were perfect, and the pool was a great spot for our kids to play safely. The Japanese restaurant on the third floor had amazing live-cooking food, and the room service even offered a special Ramadan breakfast which we highly appreciated. the hotel's location on the river bank provided a nice view and added to the charm of our stay.
