We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, such as April, Darren, Ethan, and others. They provided transportation to various places, including the Convention Center, the Reunion Tower, the Dallas Museum of Art, and the Dallas World Aquarium. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location near the Dallas Convention Center was perfect.
Everything was what we needed and wanted.
The hotel had an amazing location in downtown Dallas, with easy access to the Union tower, the Convention Center, and the train system. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.
Everything great.
I had a fantastic stay at this downtown hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and I loved the convenience of having an amazing coffee shop next door. The room on the 19th floor had a breathtaking view of the city and the Reunion Tower light display. The staff throughout my stay were consistently friendly and helpful. The breakfast and supper options were good, especially the cookies. Additionally, this hotel has a unique history as it was the first skyscraper in the city, originally an oil company building. The Pegasus on the roof lighting up at night was a special touch.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I loved that they allowed pets without making it feel like an inconvenience. The room was clean and had a great view. The AC worked well and kept the room nice and cold, which was perfect for me. The hotel shuttle was a huge plus, making it easy to get around this city. The location was also great, with Neiman Marcus, several popular and tasty restaurants, boutiques, and cultural sites nearby. I had a wonderful experience.
Couldn't stay longer.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The location was central, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops.
All was perfect.
