I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything from the ski lift to the casinos just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a spacious room with all the amenities of a cabin. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my 10-year anniversary special, providing a free bottle of wine and a room with a stunning view. Additionally, the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The friendly staff and warm lobby with free lemon water made me feel right at home.
Nothing that I didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of the best bars, restaurants, casinos, and shopping all within walking distance right across from the Gondola. The hotel facilities were wonderful, especially the heated pools and hot tubs. The staff went above and beyond - from the front desk associate who was very nice and refunded me the valet cost, to Elliott in valet who greeted us upon arrival and helped us with our bags. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the kitchenette in our villa was a fantastic addition.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right next to the Heavenly Gondola and in the center of everything. It made it easy for us to walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with four different hot tubs and a large pool for us to enjoy. The cleanliness of our one-bedroom suite was impressive, and we appreciated having a full kitchen and a comfy bed. The staff was polite and accommodating, even calling back to confirm the items we requested had arrived.

The hotel's facilities and overall cleanliness exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a suite with a kitchenette area, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, including Walmart. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel in this city. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a spacious villa and convenient amenities such as a kitchen and washer-dryer. The hotel's location next to the gondola in Heavenly Village area was perfect, especially for the 4th of July celebrations. The staff were professional and the on-site restaurants served delicious food. Additionally, the hotel provided a discount card which was a great added bonus.
