I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a cosy night's sleep. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop of the surrounding mountains. The check-in process was seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The hotel provided good Wi-Fi connection, and the television had a great selection of English channels. The colonial-style architecture added a touch of elegance and gave the hotel a distinctive look.
Noisy surroundings.
The staff at this hotel is exceptional, providing amazing service from the moment I arrived until the time of my departure. The courteous and highly trained staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The spacious and comfortable room was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had tasteful contemporary fixtures and was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent food served in the breakfast and dinner options. The breakfast had a good variety and the dinner menu was extensive, offering outstanding quality. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Mall Road. The hotel also provided parking and transportation services. The staff members named Mr Subhash, Mr Mahabaleshwar, and the other security staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and comfortable property, with its well-maintained heritage charm. The hotel's proximity to popular attractions and sights within walking distance was a great advantage. The staff, especially Tapan and Gagan at the restaurant, were polite, helpful, and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was impressive, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
