We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the wharf, downtown area, aquarium, and pier. We loved being able to explore the city on foot and easily access all the attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had a separate sink and vanity area. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to temporarily park while checking in and helping us with our luggage. Additionally, breakfast was a delightful addition to our room, and we enjoyed the variety of options available.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The staff, including the valet, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged a quiet room for us upon our request. The central and convenient location of the hotel made it easy for us to explore this city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast for two adults, which had a wide variety of choices. The waitressing staff was pleasant and made our dining experience enjoyable. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean. We were also pleased with the proximity to nearby restaurants and shops, as well as the short distance to popular attractions like The Portola and Monterey Plaza.
Absolutely nothing.
The hotel's location near restaurants, shops, and the seafront was perfect for exploring the city. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, including the heated pool that my kids loved. The staff, especially at breakfast, were incredibly accommodating and even upgraded our room because of our rewards account.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
