I absolutely loved the soothing aroma that greeted me in the hotel lobby, instantly making me feel relaxed and reminiscent of a luxurious spa experience. The staff, both employees and fellow guests, were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, allowing for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with a short walk to both the waterfront and shopping areas, even though some businesses were temporarily closed. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge made exploring this vibrant city a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a long journey. The location was excellent, centrally located in Brooklyn and close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. We found parking easily, although valet service was available. The hotel itself was luxurious, meeting our expectations of a Marriott hotel. The room was spacious, with a king bed and a small corner sofa. The staff were exceptional, from the helpful desk staff to the wonderful lady bartender and the entertaining doorman. The housekeeping team did a great job, and Leonard in the M Club provided excellent service during breakfast. we felt like very important guests.

The room at this hotel was beautiful and spacious, with tremendous views of the skyline. It was conveniently located near great restaurants and a subway stop, making it easy to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn. The hotel facilities, including a nice workout room and pool, were top-notch.

The location was convenient, with the promenade just a short walking distance away. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation, with the subway station right across the road. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the M Club, were a nice perk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the staff at the bar. We made some great memories here as a family.
