We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities, including the hammam and gym, were clean and easy to use. The hammam was perfect for relaxing and soothing our muscles after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious, well-kept, and had a great shower.

Cleanliness, comfortable and clean room. Close to the main street Nevsky Prospekt. Just off Nevskij Prospekt, 5 mins walk from the tube. Excellent service from staff, especially Julia and Tatiana.

The hotel's location just off Nevsky Prospekt is perfect - it's in the center of the city and yet in a quiet end, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep with the windows open. The hotel is also conveniently close to Mayakovskaya metro station and the railway station, making it easy to get around this city. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The staff here are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. I was touched by the kind gesture of the housekeeper who left a rose and a card with nice wishes in my room. Lastly, the breakfast spread was so rich and satisfying that it kept me full until dinner.
