We loved the quirky decor throughout the hotel, which added a unique touch to our stay. The staff were all excellent, attentive, and very friendly. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both very good, and the bar area was well-stocked for enjoying a drink. The location of the hotel was superb, right in the center and within easy reach of the river, shops, restaurants, and public transportation for sightseeing. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
For us, it was ideal.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best thing was the excellent customer service from the night staff. They went above and beyond, allowing us to return to the hotel after 1am and even offering me a sandwich. The room was gorgeous with a great vibe and atmosphere. The location in Chester town centre was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities provided, including a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen.

Cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was incredibly convenient, being just a minute away from all the major shops and attractions in the city center. The staff were lovely and provided great assistance. Additionally, the parking situation was hassle-free, with a discounted car park nearby.

We stayed in a spacious and clean two-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the apartment was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city wall, center, and river. The hotel staff was lovely and helpful, and we appreciated the added bonus of parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. Close to all my favorite spots in the city, the hotel's location was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The attic room I stayed in was absolutely lovely, full of character and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, especially the outside bar area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.
For us, it was ideal.
