We were fortunate to have stayed at this hotel on several trips to this city. The location is perfect- right in the heart of central London on the strand, near the Thames, and close to Covent Garden. The staff is extremely friendly, providing prompt check-in and a good turn-down service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very quiet. The hotel facilities are excellent with comfortable beds and seating. We particularly enjoyed the pleasant bar and restaurant, as well as the delightful Lobby Bar. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable. the Concierge arranged for two fantastic tours that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The location was perfect, with all the top attractions within walking distance and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the spa which offered a relaxing atmosphere and everything you could possibly need. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience.
