The hotel's location is perfect for walking to nearby attractions and taking short drives to nearby towns. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
Absolutely nothing.
I had the best experience staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just down the road from the town center, making it convenient for walking to Bowdoin College or downtown Brunswick. Additionally, it was a great base for exploring nearby peninsulas and towns, like Bath, Harpswell, and Boothbay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with cozy fires built in the authentic original cook fireplace. The staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit and providing interesting historical information. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, including eggs made to order.
