The hotel has a restaurant where they serve a continental breakfast in the morning. Guests can unwind at the on-site poolside bar with a favourite drink. Australian dishes are offered at Fixx Cafe, set around 5 minutes' walk away.

The property is located within a 10-minute drive of AquaSplash Inflatable Water Park, and Sea World Theme Park is 10 minutes by car from this place. The Paradise Resort Gold Coast is only minutes from Planet Chill Ice-Skating Rink, and a tropical beach is 5 minutes' walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the amazing waterpark and pool area. There were plenty of slides for kids of all ages, which kept my children entertained for hours. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
Nothing to fault.
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The new rooms were nice, and we particularly enjoyed the kids' facilities. Our children had lots of fun in the waterpark and the indoor climbing gym. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of public parks nearby for the kids to enjoy. Additionally, the car parking was convenient and reasonably priced at $15 per night.

The kids club and water park were a hit for our 4-year-old, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was top-notch, and we enjoyed the convenience of parking. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby tourist spots via tram line and bus service. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff made sure we had a great experience overall.
