The hotel's location was excellent, right on the street to some great shops and a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian-only zones for exploring around town. The convenience of having 2 nice pub/restaurants, a pharmacy, and a convenient store just in front of the hotel was a bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating, taking our bags before check-in and ensuring everything was ready for us. The breakfast served to the table was delicious and the service was very nice and friendly.

Cleanliness and well-maintained rooms. Convenient location near Eyre Square and the train station. Old world charm with beautiful furniture and occasional chairs. Two nice pub/restaurants, a pharmacy, and a convenient store right in front of the hotel
Nothing not too like.
The hotel's location is fantastic, being right near Eyre Square, the main shopping and dining district of this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, making us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. The staff, including the waiters, front of house, and cleaners, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast options were delicious, with a good selection to choose from.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The hotel is centrally located, close to Eyre Square and away from the noise in the middle of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were the only customers. They even called the day before to assist with directions and arranged a surprise birthday gift in our friend's room. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with fresh orange juice and plenty of coffee refills.
