I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The whole hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I fell in love with the character of this place when I stayed here for work 5 years ago, and it did not disappoint when I came back for pleasure. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel has been recently redecorated and the staircase is just perfect. The location is very close to the city centre and right next to the train station, making it convenient for transportation.
All good.
The hotel's location, right next to the train station, made it incredibly convenient for transportation. I loved how easy it was to catch a train, and the lack of noise from train announcements was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the Refectory restaurant to the common areas of the building. The staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel truly welcomed during my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was top-notch, with a variety of options to choose from.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
