During my stay, I experienced the best breakfast spread I've ever had, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are kept exceptionally clean. The staff were polite and always willing to listen, even if they couldn't immediately resolve any issues. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it very convenient to access all the nearby markets, shops, and food options. Lastly, the availability of hot water 24/7 was a welcome amenity, especially in the extreme cold weather.

The staff, particularly Kuldeep and Uttam at the restaurant, were courteous and ever helpful. Not to mention, the buffet breakfast spread was the best we've had during our entire three-week tour from Kolkata to Sikkim and West Bengal. this hotel far exceeded our expectations!

The location of the hotel near the Mall, the number one attraction in the city, was spot on. I enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my hill view room. The hotel's modern amenities, including central heating, a gym, and elevators, were a big plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smiling face, from the restaurant to the reception. I appreciated their hospitality and would definitely go back.
